Calliope had a baby buckling on 10 May with no trouble at all. She started on the milking stand 18 May, once per day in the morning. She made 1.5 lb of milk, 6.39BF for the test on 4 June, and 1.6 lb milk, 6.22BF for the 30 June test. Not too bad for her small stature, being a first freshener, and with only one kid. Calliope has gone off to her new home. 🩷
